Refund Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy:

 

Merchandise

No refunds on all merchandise unless it arrives to you damaged. If the item is damaged, you have 3 business days from receipt of item to contact us. On the 4th business day, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.

 

Services

Refund for services will be processed according to the agreed upon terms in the booking contract that is signed by all parties.
